New Vaccination Requirements

Attention parents

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has issued new immunizations requirements that started 2019-2020 school year.  These are:

 

Hepatitis A vaccination – 2 doses are required for Prek through 3^rd grade.

 

Tdap Booster 1 dose is required for all 7^th grade students

 

Meningococcal vaccinations – 1 dose required for all 7^th and 11^th grade students

 

Please check your records to see if your child meets these requirements.  Please bring or send your records to the school at enrollment or send to the school at your convenience. 

 

The Health Dept. will be giving vaccinations on Aug 5^th during enrollment time.  10:00 am to 7:00 pm.  If your child is in need of any of these required vaccinations, or any other vaccinations, they may receive them then.  (Parents must be present to sign a release for the vaccinations.)
