Neodesha High School Band Receives Best Of Class 1A, 2A, & 3A
At Independence Neewollah Festival
On Saturday,
October 31 the Neodesha High School marching band performed at the
Neewollah Grand Parade and the Neewollah marching contest in
Independence, KS. In very difficult judging conditions, the band
received a 1 rating for parade marching and a 2 rating for the
field marching competition. The NHS band was then honored as the
best of show for Classes 1A, 2A, and 3A for the entire competition
for the fourth straight year. This is a great accomplishment for
instructor Jan Rogers and the Neodesha Marching Band.
